While investigating, I have observed that the Mandrake KDE PIM plugin package has compatibility problems with my Mandrake 10.1 I have removed it, but this does not solve the changes detection issue. To workaround this problem, I simply kill and restart Multisync each time that I exit Evolution, and this triggers an immediate sync. This is fine for me. Thanks again, and have a nice day!
