Switching from table layout to div layout in html

Hi,

In order to fix rendering in Firefox 3, I decided to finally drop most
of the table layout stuff in favor of a layout using divs.

During my effort to get everything to look right again I made quite a
few changes, so I would like to ask you to try it out and export a few
.planner files to see if they look right in whatever browser you have.

Comments on the CSS/HTML itself are of course also welcome.

I checked it myself with Firefox 2 & 3, Internet explorer 6 & 7 and
Opera 9.51. This is as good as I could get it with those browsers.
I also used browsershots.org to get an idea of other browsers. Only
konqueror stood out as being really wrong.

If there is no objection I will go ahead and check this in in a week or
so.
