Thanks. I do appreciate ideas/wishlists for planner and certainly small
things like this have a good chance of getting implemented.
But do check back with us later if you do find time. We can always use
an extra pair of hands.

If you mean in planner itself, then it is possible to change the zoom
level and thereby show months in the timeline (View->Zoom Out).

If you're talking about exported html, see

That should be part of the export dialog I mentioned in
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/planner-list/2008-March/msg00001.html, so
I imagine this will be solved when bug #151481 is.

That's interesting. Do you have more information about this problem?
Maybe a .planner file that I can try? Or does it happen with all planner
files?
