Planner-list Fail to connect (SOLVED)

I was able to get Planner to export/import the Planner data and build
the database and tables. I'm not sure if installing libgda-4.0 or adding
the Python plug-in or getting the right combination of
server/db_name/user_ID in Planner but it works and I'm happy.

The two format changes I made should be added to the next build.
