Planner-list Python Scripting

I'm having a problem getting a the 'python-demo.py to allow Planner to
start. If I remove the script from the ~/.gnome2/planner/python/
directory, Planner starts up again normally. (no Segmentation fault)

Is there anything I need to do other the drop a script in this directory
to use the Python plug-in?
