Hi !

I plan to release pyblio-1.2.4 in a few days. 

In the meantime, I've released the first version of a small
"byproduct" of pyblio-1.3, called garlic. It is a bookmark manager
with a web interface. It runs as a standalone application, and is
based on two interesting techologies, twisted matrix for the http
layer, and quixote for the html rendering. This is both a testbed and
a fully functional application. The point is that data stored in
garlic will be automatically available to other pyblio-1.3 based
applications.
