cannot start pybliographic

Hi, after upgrading i cannot start the program. 

My OS is Fedora core2,  as for recode, i installed recode-3.6-12.rhfdr_core_1.i386.rpm
and i installed pybliographer-1.2.4-1.rhfdr_core_2.noarch.rpm with no problem.

This is the error message if i type pybliographer from the command line:

Do i need to apply the patch for recode(i thought that problem is already fixed in the new version for Fedora)?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
