1. Now, both Fedora Core 1 (as an update) and Core 2 contain the right
recode package. I recommend you to install recode from the official
fedora repository. (e.g. yum install recode)

2. How did you install python-bibtex? python-bibtex on pybliographer
sourceforge is built for Core 1 only. You should install the official
python-bibtex package for Core 2 from Fedora Extras.

After setting yum, you can do 'yum install python-bibtex'.
(pybliographer-1.2.4 can also be found there already. So, if you remove
your current installation /rpm -e.../, one command should do everything
for you: 'yum install pybliographer')
