pygtk2.0-libglade-2.0.0 is installed?
The above rpms are prepared for fedora core(s). The name of the
package there is pygtk2. In Mandrake, as I see, pygtk2.0. Probably that's
the reason of the error message.
Can you install pygliographer from source?

In this case, probably python-bibtex's recode module cannot be find!

Check your python dir: /usr/lib/python2.?/site-packages/
_recode.so should be there.

How did you install python-bibtex, from source or from rpm?
