Merging databases

Hi,

I have a feature request: I just tried to merge two bibtex databases with 
partial identical content. The "Merge" feature unfortunately does not ask if 
double entries should be added with an -a suffix -- it just does it. And the 
drag'n'drop approach asks for any single entry (the database had 900 
entries :-(). My proposal is:

- Add a "yes to all"/"no to all" to the dialog in the drag'n'drop approach
- Add a dialog which asks if duplicates should be renamed or eliminated
