import silverplatter psycinfo

Hello all,

I'm looking for a way to import silverplatter psycinfo files into
pybliographer. Is this at all possible? I tried with the OVID filter, but
that gives an empty file. And is it possible for someone without
programming experience to construct import filters for pybliographer?
