lost in the devel--1.3 branch

Hello,

I'm trying to orientate myself in the devel--1.3 branch. I've never used 
GNU Arch before, but by working through the 'arch meets hello-world' 
tutorial at http://www.gnu.org/software/gnu-arch/tutorial/arch.html I 
think I'm getting the hang of it.

I have set up a local archive and created an Elementary branch from the  
pybliographer archive at 
gobry-RCRJoSF0iyBS/hBiO3TeyChFgs6l4Fs9xddQ6fo/[email protected]/pybliographer--devel--1.3.

I ran a 'tla get', which created a local working directory and populated 
it with a bunch of files;

pyblio-devel$ ls
ChangeLog-1.0  ChangeLog-1.3  core-api  {arch}
ChangeLog-1.2  application    legacy

Each of the application, core-api and legacy directories contain various 
python source files other things which all seem quite reasonable. I have 
no idea what to expect so have no idea if I have actually succeeded in 
getting a complete local copy of the devel--1.3 source tree. Can anybody 
confirm that this looks about right?

 From here I have no idea how to go about building the devel branch and 
trying it out. Can anybody point me in the right direction and in 25 
words or less give me some idea what lies where in the source tree?
