 - legacy/ is what used to be pyblio 1.2, as the 1.3 branch started from
   1.2. It is used mostly to pull some interesting modules into what is
   the actual 1.3 code, but you can do as it is does not exist.

 - core-api/ is the base library that provides the definition and storage of
   bibliographic data, some import and export filters, ... Most of the
   work went there. To have some example of use, look at the tests/
   subdirectory, especially ut_database.py, ut_store.py.

   A simple project using the core-api, but not part of pybliographer
   per se, is garlic, located in the same arch repository, under
   garlic--devel--1.0. 

 - application/ will contain the top-level applications using core-api.
   It is not yet very developped.
