Re: problems connecting to pubmed

Ok, some follow up on this issue:

I installed the latest stable version (1.2.6.2) and I tried again to connect
to medline: it failed again, and I post the error messages:

It looks like a connection setting problem, but when I try to us the browser
to connect the website:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/utils/pmqty.fcgi

I get:

" Can't run executor   empty query  Query syntax error."

Which means i can get to the service, it's not a real connection problem

Is there something wrong with the python installation? After all pyblio is
using urllib and httplib libraries, but i don't know if they are the
culprits.
