No. The error message is:

Yes. It's python-bibtex-1.2.1-4.

I repeated the python-bibtex-1.2.2 installation from the source - now 
pybliographer works. Don't ask me why. I just redid everthing as I did 
before.
Anyway, it really seems to be an issue of the python-bibtex installation. 
Maybe there was something wrong in my first attempt...
