pybbliographer for winXP

First of all, many thanks to all people working on this package.

I would like to use it as a general *command line* tool
to extract, search in aux files, and so on,
*not* using it with a graphical frontend.

I use Python undew WindowsXP for a long time ago.

What should be the installation procedure from the tar.gz
distribution? if possible!
