Pybliographer on Pocket PC?

Would it be possible to run the command line version of Pybliographer
with the python interpreter that is available for Pocket PC?

Please forgive me if the question is naive. I have been desperately
trying to find a way to read .bib files on a pocket pc (iPaq, actually)
but there is absolutely nothing available. Or nothing I could find.

Cheers,

Stefano
