Would it be possible to run the command line version of Pybliographer with the python interpreter that is available for Pocket PC? Please forgive me if the question is naive. I have been desperately trying to find a way to read .bib files on a pocket pc (iPaq, actually) but there is absolutely nothing available. Or nothing I could find.
