Web of Science support

Hi,

I've written some preliminary support for querying the Web of Science
from pyblio 1.3. It is not yet complete (not all the parameters or mode
of query are supported yet, and I discard some fields in the resulting
data).

To test it out and contribute to the effort, you can get the code as
explained here:

This module requires Twisted to be installed (see
<http://twistedmatrix.com>).

Once everything is set up, you can test by running the script

  doc/examples/wok.py

(you need to have a valid IP-based access. I'm interested to know if
there are other modes of authentication, and what is required to make
them work).
