Endnote and Pybliographer or other software

Hello,

Since now years I am looking for a Linux software that will be able to
read my endnote library but never found one. Everything is "to be
developed".
Does somebody know one? If not is there a project somewhere to develop
one or have one able to recognize this type of library? And do you
what is the problem? Why after now many years it still haven't been
developed. Is it a copyright problem, a technical issue, nobody
interested to do this, etc...?
