online pubmed -> bibtex converter

Nothing groundbreaking, this is only intended as a demo of some of the
code I recently added. Go to

  http://pybliographer.org:1234/

... and you can run a pubmed search, and retrieve the results in BibTeX.

Feedback welcome. I plan to package all this stuff in an upcoming
version soon, so that it should be quite easy to reuse this code for
whatever you need.
