python-bibtex 1.2.3 and pybliographer 1.2.10

Dear pyblio users,

python-bibtex 1.2.3 and pybliographer 1.2.10 are released. 
They are mainly minor update/bugfix releases and can be downloaded 
from Sourceforge.

python-bibtex 1.2.3

    * fixed for python 2.5
    * fixed parsing of standalone lowercase names, like "others" 

pybliographer 1.2.10

    * open medline queries in a new window
    * better proxy support for medline query
    * minor documentation update
    * updated translations
