Hi,
I have some problems installing python-bibtex (to install pybliographics
afterwards):
GNU recode 3.6 is installed (openSUSE 10.2) so I tried to run the recode.patch
as mentioned in the help topic. I get

linux-7xhw:/usr/share/doc/packages/recode # patch -p1 < recode.patch
can't find file to patch at input line 3
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
The text leading up to this was:
--------------------------
|--- recode-3.6.orig/src/libiconv.c
|+++ recode-3.6/src/libiconv.c
--------------------------
File to patch:

so it seems there is no libiconv.c in my recode 3.6 - I am not sure wahat to
do , has anybody an idea, if it is better to install GNU recode 3.5 or is
there another solution...

thanks for your hint, sebastian
