Plans for glade xdg-app

Just curious if anyone is planning to create an xdg version it would be
nice for those of us developing on older version of gnome, ubuntu xenial
for example is on 3.18.3.

alternatively any one maintaining a ppa, I am hoping to add a header bar to
my app but this is not an option in the current versions of glade I have
available.
