File menu bar in glade

Hi,
     I have the file menu bar in glade and the tabs for file, edit and 
help are populated with the standard stuff and I'm sure that I can tweak 
them to do what I need.  However the view tab is empty and I'm not able 
to figure out how to add a GtkMenu (submenu child) into the view 
GtkMenuItem then after that I'll need to add ImageMenuItems into the 
sub-menuitem?  Any comments would be appreciated.
