It will never appear ;-)

the next glademm version will handle gracefully both glade and glade-2 
files and emit gtkmm 1.2 or gtkmm 1.3 code depending on the version 
present (or the command line parameter given)

Do you think of this as bad idea? The overhead for supporting both file 
types is neglectable.
[Of course glademm2 _sounds_ so new and polished.]
