   * kittykat1 and benzea had a call last friday (2016-03-11)
   * LinuxTag e.V. will charge us 1.5k which covers part of their own expenses
   * the contract is in the processes of being signed know though

 * Venue
   * KIT still needs another permit (due to fire regulations)
   * benzea has send them some more information
   * benzea has also written an email to the KIT SCC with regard to networking (WIFI/Video streaming)

 * Sponsors
   * mms: no updates

 * Workshops
   * ACTION: benzea to ask for titles/descriptions of workshops
   * pricing is being discussed; there is no final decision, more input
would be good but there is no strong opinion against the current plan
   * we will revisit it in a later meeting (hopefully with a bit more information)
   * mms: need for workshop marketing
   * direct marketing by tutors via e.g. blog posts could be one way
   * ACTION: andreasn should also create badges for workshop related blog posts (attending/tutoring)
   * we need to create certificates for attendees
