It's on the presentation submission form and the paragraph goes like this:

<p>By submitting your talk, you are agreeing to license your
submission under <a
href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/">CC BY-SA
4.0</a>. If your talk is accepted, details of your submission will be
published on the website and on printed media (such as the badge).</p>
<p>If you your talk is accepted, your presentation may be recorded and
streamed live. All recordings of talks will also be distributed under
<a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/">CC BY-SA
4.0</a>. If you provide other materials, such as your slides or a
screencast of a demo, those will also be distributed under the same
license.
