I am one of the admins on Discourse; I can create tags for any specific
language team=E2=80=94it takes about 10 seconds, as soon as somebody asks f=
or one.

As Guillaume wrote, Discourse is meant to be used for discussions related
to the i18n effort and localisation teams. For example, any thread on
gnome-i18n that dealt with team coordinators would go on Discourse, in the
Community category, using the i18n tag; discussions about DL and/or other
infrastructure would use the Infrastructure category, and the i18n tag; any
other internationalisation discussion related to specific applications or
parts of the GNOME platform would go under the Applications and Platform
categories, respectively.

The important thing is to use the i18n tag for i18n discussions, regardless
of the topic area; this way, people will be able to subscribe to the tag,
and get notifications and emails about those discussions.

Any notice from DL should happen on GitLab, since it refers to projects and
