Guillaume's announcement didn't mention that language teams will receive
notifications from Damned-Lies in their respective projects in GitLab (e.g.
Teams/Translation/pt_BR).  Should I assume that language teams should
arrange another mailing list system to receive language-related
notifications from D-L?
