nautilus directory restriction

Hi,

I'am using GNOME 2.6 with nautilus and want to know if there is any way 
via gconf to prevent nautilus from browsing the whole file system. The 
background is, that i want to allow the users only to browse their own 
home-directories. I've read about "restrict_locations" but it doesn't work.

Any help will be appreciated.
