If you have Mono installed, you should already have the library
reference installed. The documentation is within the `monodoc-core'
package, and the documentation viewer program -- monodoc -- is within
the `mono-tools' package.

So if you have a reasonably complete Mono install (Mono, Gtk#,
MonoDevelop...) you should already have monodoc. If you don't, you'll
need to install the monodoc-core and mono-tools RPMs, or build the
monodoc and mono-tools source packages.
