scaled icons

I've done a little investigation into the effectivity of the icon caching, and while doing so, I looked at what icons are not available in the needed size. Overall, the results were not too bad. Of some 400 themed icons which were loaded during my quick jhbuild run gnome-session; open some apps only 28 were scaled. If you look at the attached list, you see that most of them fall into 2 categories: - application icons which are needed in size 24, but are only available in size 48 - gtk stock icons which are used in buttons, thus are loaded in size 20, but are only available in size 24 I haven't investigated yet why the stock button icons are scaled, even though gtk has builtin icons of the correct size. The only odd case not falling into one of the two categories is nautilus loading gnome-fs-directory at size 36.
