REMINDER: Release 3.2 bugfix release from ooo-build-3-2 branch (for SLED11-SP1-rc3)

Hi,

I would like to release ooo-build-3-2 branch on Tuesday, March 6, at 
about 13:00pm UTC.

It will be a bugfix release and we will use it for SLED11-SP1-rc3. Please, 
commit only safe and important fixes to the common sections.
