Hi,

I've added a new macro to

http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/ooo-build/DebuggingIt#Recommended.gdbinitfile

It is called 'ps', and should be now the only macro you need to examine OOo 
strings.  It autodetects the type of the string, and calls one of the string 
printing macros accordingly.
