ANNOUNCE: ooo-build-3-2-1 branch ready

Hi,

I have just created the ooo-build-3-2-1 branch from ooo-build master, it was 
based on the ooo-build-3.2.1.1 release. See below how to get it.

Purpose:
--------

+ stable branch for OOo-3.2.1 release
+ only save and critical fixes are allowed in the common sections
+ will be used for release candidates and maintenance updates
+ will do more RCs if needed; watch the reminders


Plans with master:
------------------

+ is opened for OOo-3.3 development
+ will be updated for DEV300-m77 within the next couple of days
+ schedule depends on upstream and thus is somehow unclear

How to get the branch:
-----------------------

The suggested way is to checkout the branch into a separate directory:

git clone --reference ~/ooo-build \
    ssh://[username@]git.freedesktop.org/git/ooo-build/ooo-build \
    ooo-build-3-2-1
cd ooo-build-3-2-1
git checkout -b ooo-build-3-2-1 origin/ooo-build-3-2-1
# remove the master branch in this repository, we are interested only in
# this branch
git branch -D master
