Master updated to dev300-m77

Hi,

I have updated the master branch to dev300-m77, so it is open for your 
commits/pushes again :-)  But before you do that, please note that it is 
still experimental, and the appropriate milestone has _not_ been pushed to 
git, so the only way to get the sources is:

cd <ooo-build>/src ; \
for I in artwork base bootstrap calc components extensions extras \
         filters help impress libs-core libs-extern libs-extern-sys \
         libs-gui l10n postprocess sdk testing ure writer ; do \
    wget "http://download.go-oo.org/DEV300/dev300-m77-$I.tar.bz2" ;\
done

together with --without-git on your configure line.

[This is because I did not want to push it before we know for sure that I 
haven't broken the split build ;-)]

Please note that the patches only apply now, the thing most probably does not 
build at all - and I need your help here.  Please try to build it, and fix as 
much build breakages as possible, preferably directly in the offending 
patches.  There is also a lot of patches disabled in the apply file 
with "FIXME dev300-m77" - maintainers of those, please help there too.

Last - but not least - please check the list in the commit 
84233e0fecaf444fe3c9169eef9cc0de10f4be26, to make sure that I did not delete 
any patch that has not been up-streamed yet.
