go_oo_bugs IZ alias

Hi,

In case you wonder what are those bugs coming to this mailing list... ;-)  
go_oo_bugs is a new alias that I created in the up-stream IZ for bugs that 
look like go-oo only (reported against openSUSE, Ubuntu, Debian, ...) & 
up-stream is unable to reproduce them.  I suggested that as an improvement 
over the current situation where such bugs are just closed as invalid, and we 
have no chance to learn about them.  The bugs go directly to ooo-build@ 
mailing list, but I already asked for ooo-build-bugs@ ML for easier filtering 
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=28162).

Let's do the triage on them the same way we do for the bnc-team-ooo@ alias in 
the Novell bugzilla.  This means:

- the person who is responsible for bnc-team-ooo@ handling takes care of 
go_oo_bugs@ too
- the triage works the usual way
  - ask for missing bugdocuments
  - ask for backtraces, in case the report is a report of a crash
  - ask for strace in case it might help
  - reassign to the appropriate person if all the above is in place
- because the IZ does not have NEEDINFO state, in case you need more 
information, reassign back to the reporter, and put go_oo_bugs to the CC

Let's see how it works.  Ideas for improvements of course appreciated :-)
