FYI, m84 contains koheirowlimitperf, which is a huge change.  So,
skipping m83 and jumping straight to m84 would make my life a lot
easier.  It's also one less huge patch to deal with.  And AFAIK that cws
is the last CWS to be integrated before the upstream branches for 3.3.

I know it's a huge task, but any prospect (or time line) on when we can
expect the higher milestones to be available via git?
