Ok, my first problems:

-  bin/unpack requires Microsoft.VC80.CRT.manifest which I do not have 
and could not found (this file is not needed for vanilla OO.o build). So 
I deleted this filename from bin/unpack.

- novell-win32-odma.diff does not apply for some reason. I have tried to 
comment it out but then another dependent patch was failing. I am 
looking into this.
