[Issue 99622] undocked menue stay when switching virtual desktop

Yes, that works but it doesn't work when I use the scrollwheel of the mouse on
the titlebar to move the main window to the next screen.

Now I see that this seems to be not a specific problem of open office but a
problem of kde. The same problem is with dolphin. I only never tried this
because oo is the only programm where I ever undocked a menuebar.
