Is this list (and rc-devel) defunct?

There's been virtually no traffic on either this list or on rc-devel for
some time now, despite the fact that judging from James Wilcox's blog
(http://www.snorp.net/log/) there is some movement going on in Red
Carpet development. Are these lists now defunct, perhaps in favour of
some new Novell list, or is it simply that no one is posting anything
anymore?
