rcd rc beta on RH9

So I installed rcd and rc to check them out on RH9.  Everything when
well and got to the point of rc lu which lists out all the available
updates.

Problem is that it wont download them.  It lists as trying to hit:

http://red-carpet.ximian.com/redhat-9-i386/redhat-9-i386/<the file name>

(look strange) Doesn't matter what I try to update.  Is this a server
thing?  A user mis-configuration?

Really want to help...

Like the lock feature although it keeps listing the kernel upgrade to -8
when I'm already on -9, have a add-lock for kernel*<2.4.24-9.  It would
be cool to update the kernel with rc also.
