After having installed gnucash from XIMIAN GNome Desktop channel - BTW I
have a Mandrake 8.2 distribution -, when running it I got a message on
the terminal telling that I was missing two programs.

After installing g-wrap I could launch gnucash (as root for the first
time).

Little reminder for newbies like me : first time you run a program after
installation, always do it from a terminal so in case of a problem you
get a message about it.
