I'm getting really good at clicking away dialog boxes telling me that
nautilus has crashed, which is fun for a while. But I would like to know
if there is a fix on the horizon. If anyone needs more info, please
email me and I will provide all the info he/she needs.

P.S. Enlightenment with Blue Steel theme; wow!

Seems to be improving, using latest snaps, Gnome starts, but I get a
*lot* of nautilus processes, which are all crashing.

I use the latest Gnome 2 snapshots but cannot run Gnome anymore.

After login I get to see the foot, but nothing happens. The only thing I
can startup is failsafe XTerm, not gnome, not even failsafe gnome. The
only thing that happens is that I see the borderless window in the
center of my monitor with the gnome foot in it. Normally some Icons
appear at the bottom of this window, indicating that Gnome is starting
up, but now, nothing happens. As I mainly use the GUI, I cannot use
linux now and would hate to reinstall everything.

Is there a simple fix?

Desperately, Arjan
