we have a snap!

Hi all,

After a long hiatus, a new snap for redhat-73-i386 is ready!  It is
currently being synced to the RC servers, and to ftp after that.  There
are still a couple of things missing, but hopefully it'll be a clean
upgrade.  The missing modules are:

ghex - requires a weirdo (nonexistent? version of libgnomeprintui).
gnome-terminal - requires libstartup-notification, which isn't packaged
yet.
gnome-applets - fixed, but didn't make it into this build, sorry.

After I get those building, I'll start looking at redhat-72-i386, and
redhat-80-i386, as well as fixing the tinderbox reporting page.
