I'm sorry, that's my fault. At some point I pushed a broken autoconf package to the channel, and since it's newer than the one I'm using now, it's a hassle to remove. I'll see to it that it gets removed, and the current one pushed in its place. Note however, that you'll have to remove your current package, as I'm unwilling to use an epoch or any other such magic. -Dan On Tuesday, February 11, 2003, at 12:20 AM, John Culver wrote: > When I try to compile and make install some standard code (nvclock > utility in this case) I get the following error: > > cd . && autoconf > /usr/bin/autoconf: > /nfs/users/thunder/cvs/ximian-desktop/autoconf/dest/usr/bin/autom4te: > No such file or directory > /usr/bin/autoconf: exec: > /nfs/users/thunder/cvs/ximian-desktop/autoconf/dest/usr/bin/autom4te: > cannot execute: No such file or directory > make: *** [configure] Error 126 > > any reason why it would be pointing at a cvs directory?
