Re: gtk+ theme preferences does not change theme

I did that b/4 just by calling from the term gtk-theme-selector-capplet
that's how I have the gtk themes for Evolution, pan,galeon, etc.. but
the gtk2 themes don't change.  it stays in the default from the Gtk+
theme Preferences in Application > Desktop Preferences > Theme... Not
sure why...but I can select a new theme yet the changes will not occur
even after I close.  If I go back in it has Default selected as my theme
