Please ask Micros~1 about this. You wouldn't even dare to ask them how
to migrate to another system, would you? ;)


Seriously, I dunno. The question is, which Mail and Contacts formats
Outlook understands. If it is limited (even for importing) to its own
formats, you've lost the game. An IMAP server will be the solution for
mails, though.

Evolution does support all common mail formats and uses mbox format by
default. Most eMail clients can import that widespread format. Regarding
Contacts Evolution can export them to vCard, which is a common format
here.


If Outlook does not support any widespread standard for importing (mbox,
maildir, ...) then it is an Outlook bug. Please complain to them.
