Unfortunately not.

But you might want to try googling for it. Evolution can import vCard
(*.vcf) and LDIF format files, so any tool, script or workaround [1]
that exports into these formats should do. :)

Outlook does not have any export functionality?

[1] Due to closed formats, the Windows version of Mozilla can import
Outlook mail -- the Linux version cannot, cause importing relies on the
MS libraries. Maybe Mozilla on Windows can import Outlook Contacts, too?
