'Compose New' with Attachment via Evolution remote?

Hello All,

I need to know how to use the evolution remote to open a new message 
with a specified attachment from the commandline.

After a little googling I found out how to do this in thunderbird, but 
have had no such luck with evolution.

I'm trying to find this out to help with the scanbuttond project which 
allows for a script to be run when a button is pressed on a supported 
scanner. I'd say it's something fairly important for end-users that 
GNU/Linux has been missing for too long of a while.
